Thank you for entrusting GAIA with your upcoming reservation. We pride ourselves on our world-class cuisine, vast wine list, handcrafted custom cocktails, and extensive scotch and whiskey selection. 

We kindly ask for our honored guest to become familiar with GAIA’s reservation policies and procedures to ensure their visit and experience is nothing short of exceptional. 

Please read following to get familiarized with GAIA’s parking, dress code, and reservations policy.  

Reservations Policy
GAIA values all our guests and we pride ourselves on the efficiency of our establishment. To ensure minimal wait times for confirmed guests, we kindly ask for clients to arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to their reservation. Any guests that arrive fifteen minutes or more past their reservation time are subject to longer wait times based on the establishment’s volume. All parties are allotted up to three forms of payment in which will be divided equally. 

Dress Code
As an effort to uphold our standards of GAIA we do enforce a dress code for men and women who are dining in. Women: polished business attire please (no gym attire, sweatpants, sweatshirts, running sneakers, no dress or shorts shorter than mid-thigh, and no low-cut revealing tops.) Men: polished business casual please (no gym attire, sweatpants, sweatshirts, running sneakers, shorts, flip-flops, or hats.) 

Outside Cakes

Outside Cakes are subject to a $75 cutting fee for each cake.
Please note that GAIA offers birthday cake in several different flavors at a charge of $85 per birthday cake.

Corkage Fee

Corkage Fee: $75 for the first bottle. $100 for every additional bottle.
Please note that wine menu at GAIA includes nearly 450 varieties sourced globally, including several boutique and hard to find brands.

Parking

For your convenience GAIA has provided a selection of parking spaces to accommodate all GAIA guest. Our designated parking spaces are located on the left-hand side of the restaurant, traveling on St. Mary Street (going towards St. Charles Avenue). We have decorated our select spaces with a blue GAIA Steakhouse postage to avoid any confusion. Street parking is available in the event of our reserved parking being at capacity. GAIA does not assume responsibility for losses or damages to parked vehicles in our parking lot or vehicles parked on the street.
